Computer Misuse Act 1990 (UK) Section 15

15. The offences to which an Order in Council under section 2 of the
    Extradition Act 1870 can apply shall include -

    (a) offences under section 2 or 3 above;
    (b) any conspiracy to commit such an offence; and
    (c) any attempt to commit an offence under section 3 above.
